Light weight Climbing Formwork (PJ200 & PJ240) used in high-rise buildings etc
Descrition:
The cantilever climbing formwork PJ200 & PJ240 are widely used in concrete pouring of piers,
high-rise buildings, and a variety of other structures.
The concrete lateral pressure is entirely supported by anchor system and the wall-through tie-rods.
Therefore, additional reinforcement is not needed. The construction is easy, rapid and economical,
and the surface of the concrete is slick.
The biggest advantage of PJ series is light in weight and convenient in use. The operation platform
width of PJ200 and PJ240 is 200cm and 240cm respectively.
The Characteristics
The formwork unit can move backwards up to 600mm.
The formwork is flexible to adjust from all directions.
The inclination can be adjusted by pull-push prop and is up to 18°.
Reasonable structure and light weight.
High level of universality and standardization for connection components.

The second pouring(the first lift)
Climbing brackets are used in the second pouring. Fix the anchor shoe in the bowl-climbing cone
by tensile bolt, hang the bracket on the anchor shoe, and then insert the safe pin.

The third pouring(the second lift)
Fix suspended platform under the climbing bracket. Workers can remove the tensile bolt, anchor
shoe and bowl-climbing cone for reusing, and then fill the holes left by bowl-climbing cone.
This pouring process is the standard pouring; the later lifting process is the same, till the concrete pouring is finished.
